Hi, I’m sara.

social anthropologist B.A., educator,
cert. brain coach, cert. postpartum doula,
and student of integrative psychotherapy

By degree and at heart, I am an anthropologist. This means that the human being – this endlessly fascinating and complex creature – inspires and amazes me. Since my teenage years, I have been walking the spiritual path, yet I always balance this aspect of life with a curious and rational mind. I believe that true power lies in balance – between the sacred and the mundane, the inner and the outer, modern science and the wisdom of our ancestors.

As a kindergarten and primary school teacher and as an organizer of women’s circles, I have experienced firsthand how precious it is to create a safe space. A space where all aspects of our being are accepted and supported. In such a space, we can relax and open up, and it is then that the process of deep healing and transformation can begin.

For more than a decade, I have been exploring the wisdom of nature’s cycles through the legacy of our ancient ancestors. Their knowledge shows us that people once understood very well how to align everyday life with the rhythms of nature. In this, I recognize a timeless lesson: life does not want us to suffer or wither away. It continually shows us how to create a fulfilling, meaningful, and rounded everyday existence.

My Approach

To me, SAFE SPACE is crucial in any relationship. That's why I always pay special and constant attention to creating a place where we all feel supported, cared for, and welcome. Only in such space can we all express ourselves fully and thrive.

COMMUNICATION

Our group and 1:1 communication is always navigated so that it is respectful to everybody involved. This way we can all feel heard and can express ourselves freely.

SACRED SPACE

As I take care of the energies in my personal space I also take care of our work space. Before we meet I meditate, cleanse the energies and invite the supportive forces to work with us.

TECHNIQUES AND APPROACHES

The techniques and approaches that I follow and share with people are based on modern scientific research. Besides that, I dive deep into our ancestral heritage and draw wisdom from ancient knowledge and practices. Also, I only share the things that I’ve tested myself or checked with the wider audiences. However, when my personal experience differs from the research or widely accepted practices I let you know about the differences between both.
